RN Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available.

Job Details:

• Work night shifts with 3 twelve-hour shifts per week plus 2 call shifts
• Provide emergency department nursing care in Fraser, CO location
• Work at Trauma Level IV facility - Critical Access Hospital experience preferred
• Holiday and on-call coverage required
• Assess, plan, implement and coordinate patient care from admission to discharge in Emergency Department
• Utilize accepted standards and protocols including ACLS, PALS, TNCC, ATLS, and CEN
• Responsible for achievement of patient outcomes through implementation of clinical pathways
• Must disclose all time-off requests during interview process
• Shared housing may be available within 30 miles with rate reduction (no smoking, no pets, no families/partners allowed)
• Required certifications: Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or equivalent, Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS), and Certified Emergency Nursing (CEN)
