Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Diagnostic Imaging - Radiologic Technologist

Job Details:

• Provide health care services and X-Rays to assist in diagnosis or treatment
• Perform X-Ray procedures and related techniques, producing images for interpretation by licensed practitioners
• Perform radiographic exams as requested by all healthcare providers
• Perform fluoroscopic diagnostic and therapeutic procedures alongside radiology providers
• Perform US guided paracentesis, thoracentesis, and arthrocentesis alongside radiology providers
• Perform c-arm fluoroscopy exams in the OR as requested by surgeons
• Assist radiology nursing with fluoroscopically guided PICC placements
• Complete documentation required for proper interpretation, reporting, archiving, and retrieval of exams
• Provide patient education for patient prep and post care of radiology procedures
• Work varied shifts as scheduled and may require extended hours beyond standard 40-hour workweek
• On-call availability may be required to respond to organizational and patient needs promptly
• Must live at least 90 miles away from the facility to be considered
• Required certifications: Montana Licensure (Radiology Technologist), ARRT (R), American Heart Association BLS
• Graduate of CAHEA accredited Radiology program or equivalent required
• One year of previous radiology experience required, may include clinical internship experience
• Must demonstrate competency in advanced imaging techniques including fluoroscopic/C-Arm in OR, Trauma and portable radiography within 6 months
• Physical requirements include lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds
• Potential exposure to bloodborne pathogens, radiation, chemicals, medications, and infectious diseases
