Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Diagnostic Imaging - Radiologic Technologist

Job Details:

• Day shifts with average of 3 days of call per month
• No guarantee of hours or time off requests
• Must arrive on island Thursday before start date for employee health appointment on Friday
• Required to provide flex coverage at additional facilities including HBMC, Kau Hospital, and Keaau Clinic
• Variable shift types: 8-hour shifts, 10-hour shifts, 12-hour shifts with on-call responsibilities, and five 8-hour shifts Monday-Friday depending on location
• Minimum 2 years of independent experience as registered Radiologic Technologist required
• Must demonstrate knowledge and proficiency in operation of all radiographic equipment including DR fixed equipment, DR fluoro equipment, C-arms, and portable DR equipment
• Must be assigned a dosimetry badge and have knowledge of radiation safety and protocols
• Function independently without supervision
• Experience with Philips DR, Philips C-arms, OEC C-arms, Philips Fluoro, Konica DR, and EPIC EMR preferred
• Current State of Hawaii Radiologic Technologist license required by start of assignment
• Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification required
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
