Opportunity:
RN - OR
Job Details:
• Weekend position with 6 call shifts required in a 6-week period
• Work with patients of all ages including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Must have 3+ years of operating room experience
• Level I trauma experience required
• Circulating skills required, scrub skills preferred
• Must be well-rounded and current in most OR areas except cardiovascular and transplant
• Required to float within facility scope to meet operational needs
• Call required, holidays required, no block scheduling
• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS and PALS preferred
• Indiana state license required and must be in hand prior to start date
• Scrubs provided by facility
• Free parking available
• Electronic charting system: Cerner
• Work in Core 6 unit covering general surgery, plastic surgery, gynecology, ENT, trauma, neurology, orthopedics, genitourinary, and colorectal robotics
• Experience with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System preferred
• Must provide 2-3 days of interview availability when submitting
• Two supervisor references required

This Level I trauma center is a short-term acute care facility featuring 21 operating rooms with a daily census of 70-80 cases. The facility specializes in complex surgical procedures including robotic surgeries, trauma cases, and a wide range of surgical specialties. The organization maintains state-of-the-art equipment including the Da Vinci Xi robotic surgical system and provides comprehensive interdisciplinary support for optimal patient outcomes.

I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
