Job Details:

• Work 3x12 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• 4-6 call shifts within 6-week matrix with 30-minute response time required
• 4-6 weekend shifts within 6-week matrix (can be days, evenings, or nights)
• Holiday coverage as needed, expected to work 2 of 3 major holidays
• Floating as needed throughout facility
• Maximum 7-day return to offer period
• 3 years minimum experience required with Level I trauma experience preferred
• Must have at least Level II trauma experience (>1 year)
• Previous travel experience required
• Must be proficient with Da Vinci xi robot and bonus points for DV5 familiarity
• Must function independently in robotics, orthopedics, general, GYN, urology, bariatrics, ENT, plastics, vascular, thoracic (excluding cardiac), and trauma
• Prefer RNs who can both scrub and circulate
• Must be proficient with robotic general, gynecology, thoracic, and urology specialties
• Epic charting system experience heavily preferred
• BLS certification required (AHA or ARC only)
• Patient ratio of 1:1
• Work with all age groups from neonates to geriatrics
• Tobacco and fragrance free facility
• Manager interview required
• Pre-start modules required (5-6 hours, billable)

The organization maintains high standards for surgical care and utilizes Epic electronic health records, providing extensive interdisciplinary support including IV teams, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams.
