Opportunity:
Ultrasound Tech - Ultrasound Tech
Job Details:
• Work Monday through Friday from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• No weekend coverage required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Required certifications: RDMS (OB/GYN), RDMS (AB preferred), BLS certification
• Must have experience with Cerner charting system
• Navy blue scrubs required
• Work with patients of all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Perform various ultrasound procedures including obstetric, abdominal, pelvic, and vascular studies
• Utilize specialized equipment including Trophon
• May float within hospital scope to meet facility needs
• Block scheduling accommodations available
• Complete non-billable modules during orientation and annually through Relias/Net Learning portal

This acute care hospital operates as a Level II Trauma center with 360 total staffed beds. The facility utilizes Cerner and McKesson charting systems and provides comprehensive medical services with interdisciplinary support including interpretation services and rapid response teams. The organization maintains strict quality standards and offers modern ultrasound technology and equipment to support comprehensive diagnostic imaging services.

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
