Opportunity:

Registered Nurse - CVOR

Job Details:

• Work 4x10 hour day shifts
• Take call at least two days each week and 1-2 weekends every 6-week schedule
• Overtime days available each week
• Minimum of 5 weekend shifts per contract required
• Care for adult and geriatric patients with average of 3 heart surgeries per day
• 2+ years of experience required with 1+ years recent cardiovascular operating room experience
• Travel experience required
• Must have active South Carolina RN license
• Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, CNOR
• 1-year minimum experience with EPIC EMR required
• Must complete pre-assignment testing and modules within 48 hours of contract signing
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks as guaranteed hours policy
• Must float to other units and campuses as needed based on census concerns
• Orientation occurs every Monday
• Free parking provided
• Flu vaccine required with no exemptions
• Skills include: Aortic aneurysm repair, coronary artery bypass graft, TAVR, mitral valve replacement, and other cardiovascular procedures

The organization emphasizes keeping staff in their home units while maintaining flexibility to meet patient care needs across multiple campuses and facilities within their health system.
