Opportunity:

Registered Nurse - PCU

Job Details:

• Work 36 guaranteed hours for 3x12 hour shifts or 40 guaranteed hours for 8/10 hour shifts
• Minimum 2 years PCU experience required, plus ICU experience within the last 3 years
• Required certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
• Must be nicotine free - negative 10 panel + nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required
• Epic experience must be level 3 or 4, familiarity with cardiac drips required
• Float to all 3 hospitals within 20 miles (Martin North, South, Tradition)
• White scrubs required
• Chart using EPIC system
• Free parking in unrestricted spaces
• EKG and pharmacy tests required during orientation with maximum 2 attempts each
• Skills include: BiPAP/CPAP management, ventilated patient care, arterial line management, dysrhythmia management, central line care, cardiac and vasoactive drip titration, isolation precautions, ABG interpretation, continuous IV sedation, and multisystem organ dysfunction management
• All requested time off must be submitted at time of application
• Two references from direct supervisor/manager required
• First-time travelers accepted
