Opportunity:

RN - IMC

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 hour shifts with day/night rotation (7:00 AM-7:30 PM & 7:00 PM-7:30 AM)
• Patient ratio of 4:1 for days, nights, and weekends
• Every other weekend required
• Every other holiday required
• Float to ICU and Medical Surgical units as needed
• 2 years of nursing experience required
• First time travelers accepted
• Must successfully pass Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with minimum 80% overall score and 100% on lethal rhythms
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Cerner charting system experience required
• Flu vaccine required with no exemptions
• 24 hours of orientation provided
• Skills required include cardiac telemetry, IV therapy/phlebotomy, CVA care, and respiratory care
• Care for adult and geriatric patients with cardiac, neurological, respiratory, and GI/GU diagnoses
• Work with special equipment including ventilators, non-titratable IV drips, HFNC, and dialysis equipment
• Unit has 12 beds with daily census of 9 patients
• Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
