Opportunity:

RN - OR

Job Details:

• Work 4x10 day shifts from 6:30 AM to 5:00 PM
• On-call requirement: 1-2 call days per week starting at 5:00 PM, plus one call weekend every 5 weeks (48-hour coverage from Saturday 7:00 AM to Monday 7:00 AM)
• Float within scope to meet facility needs and between like units/sister facilities
• 2 years of OR experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact RN license required
• BLS certification required
• Patient ratio 1:1 with 5 visits per day in 9-room OR
• Work with adults and geriatric patients
• Must be experienced with various surgical procedures including robotic surgery, orthopedic procedures, general surgery, gynecologic procedures, and specialized equipment
• Hospital-issued scrubs required in OR
• Epic charting system used
• Radiation badge required and must be provided by agency
• 8-hour orientation provided
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks as part of guaranteed hours policy
• Block scheduling available with manager approval based on unit needs
• Must complete pre-start compliance modules averaging 4 hours
