Opportunity:
Radiology / Cardiology - Interventional Radiology
Job Details:
• Work 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM standard procedure hours with flexibility for earlier or later procedures as needed
• Call duties divided equally among team members, typically two nights per week and every other weekend
• Must respond to facility within 30 minutes when called
• Weekend call coverage from close of business Friday to department opening Monday morning
• Float between Interventional Radiology and Cardiac Cath Lab as needed
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations
• Handle approximately 5 patients per day in 1 procedure room
• Must participate in "Emergency Team" assignments during facility emergencies and remain until event passes
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, ARRT, and Louisiana State License
• 2 years of specialty experience required
• Travel experience required - first-time travelers not accepted
• Must live more than 65 miles from facility
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• 24 hours of orientation provided
• Must have extensive skills in diagnostic and interventional cardiac catheterization, interventional radiology procedures, and various specialized procedures including angiography, embolization, stent placement, and vascular access procedures

Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
