Opportunity:
MRI Tech - MRI Tech
Job Details:
• Work 4 x 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday from 7:30 PM to 6:00 AM
• No call responsibilities required
• Must be trained to use steering client for Siemens virtual cockpit to scan for remote sites
• Primary responsibility includes scanning for remote campuses: Greer (2 hours away), Tuomey (1 hour away), and Parkridge (20 minutes away)
• When no remote scans are needed, assist with Richland patients
• Experience with GE and Siemens equipment required, including 1.5T and 3T systems
• Must be strong in pediatrics as role is almost exclusively pediatric scanning
• Previous Children's Hospital experience preferred
• Handle inpatient/outpatient MRI for adults and pediatrics of all ages including neonates, stroke and trauma patients
• Must be certified RAD TECH through ARRT (ARMRIT not accepted)
• Required certifications: ARRT MR, ARRT R, BLS
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Flu vaccine required with no exemptions
• 10 hours of orientation provided
• Must complete pre-assignment testing and modules within 48 hours
• May be required to float to other units and campuses per census needs

Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
