Opportunity:
Radiation Therapist - Radiation Therapist
Job Details:
• Work Monday through Friday day shifts from 6:15 AM to 4:45 PM with variable days off
• No call or weekend requirements
• 40 guaranteed hours per week
• Daily caseload of 8-15 patients
• Work in brachytherapy and radiation oncology department
• Run HDR units, assist in brachytherapy implants, and administer radiopharmaceuticals as directed by AU/AMP
• Required to complete Radiation Safety exam within first week
• Work with adults and geriatrics patient population
• Previous brachytherapy experience preferred but not required
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT, ARRT (T)
• EPIC charting system experience required
• No floating to sister facilities required
• Missouri license or compact license required at time of submission
• Maximum 7 days RTO per 13-week contract
• Sensitivity training highly preferred

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
