Opportunity:

RN - ER

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Schedule options include 4x12s or 3x12s
• Every other weekend requirement
• No on-call responsibilities
• May need to float within scope to meet facility needs
• Patient ratios based on acuity
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS
• Preferred certification: TNCC
• Charge nurse experience required
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• First-time travelers accepted
• South Carolina license or compact license must be in hand prior to start
• Required scrub color: Royal Blue
• Charting system: Epic
• 24 hours of orientation provided
• Care for diverse patient population including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Handle approximately 80 visits per day in 27-room emergency department
• Holiday rotation as needed
• Facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks

This short-term acute care hospital features 97 staffed beds and provides comprehensive emergency services to the community. The facility offers 24-hour interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, pharmacy, transportation, and unit secretary services. The emergency department handles a diverse patient population with various care needs and maintains modern equipment and Epic charting systems to support quality patient care.
