Opportunity:

RN - Tele

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 12-week assignment duration
• 4 positions available
• Patient ratio of 5:1 for all shifts (days, nights, weekends)
• Weekend coverage required
• 30 hours of orientation provided
• One pre-approved time off request allowed
• Must pass basic dysrhythmia test with 2 attempts allowed
• 2 years of experience required, first-time travelers accepted
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Arkansas State or Compact RN license required
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Meditech charting system experience preferred
• Care for adult patients on 17-bed telemetry unit with daily census of 15
• Skills include blood product administration, cardiac telemetry, central line care, chest tubes, CVA care, feeding tube management, heparin protocols, high flow nasal cannula, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, PICC line management, post-cardiac procedures, telemetry monitoring, cardiac drip titration, and wound care
• 100-mile radius rule enforced - no local candidates accepted
• Must be gone 1 year or more to return as staff
• Holiday work expected
• Minimum 1.5 weeks lead time required for credentialing
