Opportunity:

RN - OR

Job Details:

• Work 4, 10-hour shifts (0700-1730) or 3, 12-hour shifts (0700-1930)
• No guaranteed block scheduling
• 1-2 call shifts per week (Monday-Thursday) starting after regular shift until 0700 the next morning
• 30-minute callback response time required
• 2 weekend call shifts every 6 weeks starting at end of shift Friday until 0700 Monday
• No scheduled weekend shifts (call only)
• Holiday call coverage as needed per department requirements
• Will work 1 of 2 major upcoming holidays with no RTO approved around Christmas and New Years
• Must have minimum 2 years of OR experience
• Neuro, trauma, ortho, and robotics experience REQUIRED
• First time travelers not accepted
• EPIC experience required
• BLS certification required (AHA or ARC only)
• Must be able to function independently in neurosurgery
• Care for patients of all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• 1:1 patient ratio
• Work in 18-room OR with daily census of 50-60
• Tobacco and fragrance free facility
• Maximum 7 days RTO allowed
• No license hits accepted
• Manager interview required after clinical screening
