Description
Opportunity:
Radiology / Cardiology - X-Ray Tech
Job Details:
• Work 3x12 hour night shifts: Saturday/Sunday/Monday from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• On-call required on Wednesday/Thursday/Friday from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, rotating 1-2 days each week
• Must report within 1 hour of being called in for on-call shifts
• First week may include day shift orientation, then regular schedule begins
• Holidays included if they fall on scheduled shifts during contract period
• Floating required to other pediatric imaging locations for critical staffing coverage
• May float to other buildings on same campus as needed
• Daily caseload varies per technician
• Work with patient age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, and adults
• Perform procedures including portable imaging, OR procedures, emergency department imaging, and fluoroscopy
• Use Siemens diagnostic equipment and C-Arms
• Chart using Epic system
• Wear teal scrub top with black bottoms
• Minimum 1 year of experience required
• Required certifications: ARRT, BLS, SQRSA South Carolina license
• OR experience and C-arm experience required (additional training available)
• Trauma experience and pediatric experience preferred
• Must provide own radiation badge (facility does not provide)
• South Carolina license must be in hand prior to start
• 8 hours of orientation provided
• Facility may call off 1 shift per 2 weeks
• All RTO must be included at time of submission
• May be assigned to emergency response teams during hurricane season (June-November)

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
