Opportunity:

Echo Technologist - Echo Tech

Job Details:

• Work 4x10 hour shifts (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM) or 5x8 hour shifts (7:00 AM - 3:30 PM)
• 40 hours per week guaranteed
• Every other Saturday required
• No call responsibilities
• Schedule primarily Tuesday-Friday with 1 weekend shift per month if weekend team member needs time off
• Daily census of approximately 8 studies
• Float to like acuities or less if needed
• Perform echocardiograms, carotid doppler studies, and transesophageal echos
• Provide care for all age groups: newborn, infant, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
• Required certifications: BLS, ARDMS certification or CCI RCS
• 2 years experience in ultrasound field required
• Registered Ultrasound tech preferred
• North Carolina Respiratory Care Practitioner license preferred
• EPIC experience preferred
• High school graduate or equivalent with background in related healthcare field
• Scrub top and bottom can be solid or have design (appropriate), cannot be light blue or royal blue
• Must live outside 50 mile radius
• 16 hours of orientation provided
