Opportunity:
MRI Tech - MRI Tech
Job Details:
• Work three 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• Friday through Sunday schedule
• 2 years of MRI experience required
• First time travelers accepted
• Must be registered in MRI with ARRT or ARMRIT
• GE and Siemens experience required
• EPIC experience required
• Must have experience with anesthesia, pediatric sedations, ventilator ICU patients, general pediatric experience with non-sedated patients
• Must have experience scanning conditional devices using SAR and/or B1+RMS guidance and ability to manipulate parameters to meet conditions for scanning
• Experience with L2 Trauma, pacemakers ICD, and conditional implants required
• Must work with all age groups from infants to geriatrics
• Holiday rotation required
• Back up call on 3rd shift required
• Required certifications: ARRT R, BLS, ARRT (R)(MR)
• Zero-tolerance policy for tardiness and unexcused absences
• Must be able to float to any campus if needed
• Compliance deadline is 12 noon EST the Wednesday prior to start date
Facility:
This acute care healthcare facility operates a comprehensive 3 MRI scanner department featuring a GE Architect 3T, GE Artist 1.5T, and Siemens Sola 1.5T, all wide bore scanners. The department operates 24/7 with all three scanners running Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM or 9:00 PM, and two scanners on weekends from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. The facility performs conditional implants daily including MR conditional pacemakers, ICDs, and stimulators, requiring technologists experienced in following scanning conditions for these complex cases.

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
