Opportunity:

RN - OR

Job Details:

• Minimum 1 year of experience required (first-time travelers accepted)
• Both circulating and scrubbing experience required
• Work in main OR for General, Neuro, Spine, Ortho, Robotics, Urology, Vascular, and Colorectal procedures
• Care for adult to geriatric patient population
• 16 operating rooms with average daily census of 35 patients
• Rotating weekend schedule with average 2-3 weekend shifts per contract period
• Call requirements: 7-8 calls in a 6-week schedule plus 1 weekend call and 1-2 weekend shifts
• Holiday work requirements based on number of major holidays during assignment
• Maximum 7 days requested time off allowed
• Epic and Pyxis charting systems
• Work with 2 DaVinci XI robots and specialized surgical equipment
• Scrubs provided by facility
• BLS certification required
• Georgia or Compact nursing license required
• Float assignments are rare
• 72 hours of orientation required
• Must be available to submit compliance items within 48 hours of contract signing
