Opportunity:

Radiation Therapist - Radiation Therapist

Job Details:

• Minimum 2 years of radiation therapy experience required
• Previous travel experience required
• 40 hours of orientation provided
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations
• Daily census of 15-25 patients
• Primary patient diagnoses include breast, prostate, head/neck, and lung cancers
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Required certifications: ARRT R.T.(T) and BLS (must be AHA or American Red Cross)
• Skills include adult acute care, custom molds and shields, tumor localization, block cutting, CBCT/kV/mV imaging, external beam therapy, and IMRT
• Work with specialized equipment including Siemens Go.SIM and 21EX Linac
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
• Community hospital experience required, LTAC and trauma experience preferred
• 50-mile travel requirement applies
• One holiday time off approval per contract
• Complete non-billable modules during orientation (1-5 hours average)
