Opportunity:
MRI Tech - MRI Tech
Job Details:
• Minimum 2 years of MRI technology experience required
• Weekend shifts required with blocked scheduling
• On-call coverage required approximately 1 night per week from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM
• Floating within service line may be required between departments, units, and facilities
• Must hold both Kansas and Missouri licenses or compact state license
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT MR, ARRT R
• Required skills: Isolation precautions, preparation and/or administration of contrast media
• Experience with GE 1.5T and 3T MRI equipment required
• Work with inpatient, outpatient, ICU, and Level 1 trauma patients
• Preferred experience includes cardiac MRI, various MRA/MRV procedures, and peripheral IV starts
• Must work with patients of all ages: neonates, adults, and geriatrics
• Navy scrubs required
• Epic charting system experience preferred
• Free parking provided
• Guaranteed minimum 3 shifts per 13-week contract
• Maximum 7 days request time off allowed
• Must complete Epic training modules and other pre-start compliance requirements

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
