Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Interventional Radiology

Job Details:

• Monday-Friday block schedule available
• Guaranteed 36-48 hours per week
• On-call requirements: weeknights 5:30 PM to 6:30 AM and 24-hour weekend call from 6:30 AM to 6:30 AM
• Minimum 2-hour call back if activated during on-call periods
• Call rotation shared among all technologists
• Weekend call coverage required
• 6 months of interventional radiology experience required
• No first-time travelers accepted
• Required certifications: ARRT R, BLS, New Mexico License
• Must perform extensive interventional radiology procedures including angiography, embolization, stent placement, and various catheter-based interventions
• Work with hybrid OR equipment and maintain sterile fields
• Responsible for equipment maintenance, inventory management, and supply stocking
• Must be proficient with PACS systems and various imaging equipment brands
• Experience required with procedures ranging from basic venous access to complex TIPS and EVAR procedures
• Must be comfortable working with all patient age groups from neonates to geriatrics
• Facility may call off up to 3 times during 13-week assignment
• Overtime requires pre-approval and is rarely granted
• RQI certifications not accepted
• Must complete compliance requirements within strict timelines
