Opportunity:

Job Details:

• Weekend position working every Saturday and Sunday plus one rotating weekday
• 3 years of experience required with Level 1 trauma experience required
• Call required: 6 call shifts in a 6-week period (can vary)
• Must work 2 out of 3 major holidays
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Circulating required, scrubbing preferred
• Must be well-rounded and current in most areas except CV & Transplant
• Will float within scope to meet facility needs
• Work with patients aged adolescents through geriatrics
• Average daily census: 70-80 patients with 21-24 rooms
• Core areas include: General surgery, Plastic surgery, GYN, ENT, Trauma, Neuro, Orthopedic, GU, Colorectal Robotics
• Experience with Da Vinci Xi Surgical System preferred
• Charting system: Cerner
• Scrubs provided by facility
• Free parking available
• Indiana state license required and must be in hand prior to start date
• Floating required to affiliate hospitals as needed
• 2 supervisor references required
• University must be accredited by ACEN or CCNE
