Opportunity:

Radiation Therapist - Radiation Therapist

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour day shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
• 40 hours per week with 13-week assignment available
• No call, float, or weekend requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Travel experience required - facility will not accept first-time travelers
• Required certifications: BLS, ARRT, ARRT (T)
• Must wear royal blue scrubs
• Experience required with adult outpatient care, CBCT/kV/mV imaging, beam modifiers, and field shaping
• Specialty treatment experience needed: electron field, respiratory gating/breath hold for left breast
• Must have experience with prostate cancer with seeds/fiducials
• Dosimetry systems experience required: electron beam therapy, IMRT
• Must have Varian True Beam linear accelerator experience
• Work with ARIA unit systems
• Deliver radiation treatments as prescribed by radiation oncologist
• Treat patients of all age groups including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• Handle daily census of approximately 55 patients with 55 visits per day
• No orientation needed - traveler starts directly in clinic
• Interview required before offer - must provide interview availability within 72 hours of submission
