Job Details:

• Work in transplant operating room specializing in abdominal transplants including kidney, pancreas, liver, and intestinal/multi-visceral procedures
• Available shift options: 8-hour, 10-hour, and 12-hour shifts
• Guaranteed hours: 40 hours per week for 8/10-hour shifts, 36 hours for three 12-hour shifts, or 48 hours for four 12-hour shifts
• Call requirement: 40-60 hours per 6-week period
• Float required to multi-specialty areas and all surgery types
• Weekend coverage required with mandatory work on 2 out of 3 major holidays
• Minimum 2 years of strong transplant experience required
• Required certifications: BLS and Regulatory Charting for Transplants
• Must have Indiana license, temporary license, or compact license at start
• Experience with Cerner charting system preferred
• Must have actual transplant procedure experience within the last 2 years
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations
• May occasionally float to assist with pediatric transplants (pediatric experience preferred but not required)
