Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Weekdays schedule with every other weekend required
• Float pool responsibilities as needed
• 2:1 patient ratio for days, nights, and weekends
• 2-bed ICU unit with average 0.2 patients per day census
• 12 hours of orientation provided
• 2 years of RN experience required
• Required certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale
• Preferred certification: CCRN
• Skills required: Conscious sedation, Telemetry, Ventilator management
• Must be comfortable with advanced ICU skills including arterial line management, central line care, continuous IV sedation, ventilator management, vasoactive drips, and cardiac monitoring
• Care for adult and geriatric patients
• Wine and/or burgundy scrubs required (not provided)
• EMR system: CPSI
• WV or Compact license required (pending license acceptable)
• Must live greater than 100 miles from facility

Facility:

This hospital operates a 2-bed intensive care unit providing critical care services to adult and geriatric patients. The facility offers comprehensive interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, rapid response teams, and various diagnostic services. The ICU maintains low patient ratios to ensure quality care and features modern equipment for advanced critical care interventions.
