Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour shifts with 36 guaranteed hours per week
• Every other weekend requirement with 6 weekend shifts per contract
• Patient ratio of 1:2 for days and nights
• May float to IMC (Intermediate Care) within scope to meet facility needs
• No on-call requirements
• 24 hours of orientation provided
• One pre-approved time off request allowed
• 3 years of experience preferred, will review 2+ years with strong experience
• Travel experience required - first-time travelers not accepted
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• EPIC charting system experience required
• Care for trauma, cardiovascular, stroke, and neuro patients
• Work with specialized equipment including CRRT, intra-aortic balloon pump, and intraventricular drains
• Manage patients with complex conditions requiring advanced critical care skills
• 24-bed unit with daily census of 18 patients
• Interdisciplinary support available including physical therapy, respiratory services, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Complete non-billable modules during orientation and annually through Relias/Net Learning portal
