Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

• Work in a 17-bed ICU/CSICU caring for patients from neonates to geriatrics
• Patient ratio of 2:1 for days, nights, and weekends
• Weekend coverage required with 12 weekend shifts per contract
• 36 hours of orientation provided
• Minimum 2 years of experience required with previous charge experience required
• Travel experience highly preferred
• Current Arkansas or Compact State RN License required
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS
• Cerner charting system experience required/preferred
• Care for cardiovascular patients including those undergoing CABG, thoracotomy, carotid stenting, and heart valve procedures
• Work with advanced equipment including IABP, ECMO, Impella Heart Pump, and induced hypothermia protocols
• Provide direct patient care and leadership within the nursing team using shared governance model
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including IV teams, physical therapy, pharmacy, and rapid response teams
• Must be available to complete required lab work within 72 hours of accepting offer
• Hard document deadline is 3 business days prior to start date
