Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Interventional Radiology

Job Details:

• Work 8-hour day shifts from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• 40 hours guaranteed per week with contracts available for 13-20 weeks
• Call requirements include weekday call from 4:00 PM to 7:30 AM twice a week for 2 weeks per month
• Weekend call from Friday 4:00 PM to Monday 7:30 AM once per month
• Every third weekend requirement
• 30-minute callback time for STEMIs with variable callback times for IR procedures based on procedure type
• Must have minimum 2 years of experience with interventional radiology experience required (90% of work is IR)
• Required certifications: ACLS, BCLS, ARRT or RCIS
• Preferred certifications: ARRT Advanced Cert, RCES, RCIS with Med Experience
• Must be able to scrub, circulate, and perform telemetry
• Work with combo lab (IR/Cardiology/Vascular/EP) with 80% IR and 10% other procedure types
• Assist providers with diagnostic/interventional radiology and cardiology procedures
• Perform EKG lead placement, scrub and circulate IR/Cath Lab procedures
• Work with specialized equipment including GE MAC Lab, Philips iFR/IVUS, Canon and GE Labs, and various catheterization systems
• Scrubs provided by facility
• 40-80 hours of unit orientation
• No float requirements
• Patient age groups: Adults and Geriatrics
