Opportunity:

Electrophysiology Technologist - EP Tech Radiology Cardiology

Job Details:

• Work 4x10 hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM
• Weekend coverage required as needed
• On-call responsibilities required as needed
• Minimum 1 year of experience required (first-time travelers not accepted)
• 40 hours of orientation provided
• Guaranteed hours apply after the first call off per pay period
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, CCI RCES
• Florida license or compact license required at time of submittal
• Must live at least 100 miles from facility (radius rule applies)
• Required dress code: red scrub top with black pants
• Strong experience required with cath lab, EP Lab, interventional cardiac cath lab, and cardiac cath procedures
• EP studies experience required, vascular studies experience preferred
• PHILIPS equipment experience required
• CERNER charting experience highly preferred
• Must pass EKG exam (3 attempts allowed)
• Work with adult and geriatric patient populations
• Perform cardiac ablation, pacemaker insertion, cardioversion, and other electrophysiology procedures
• Travel experience required, no floating to sister facilities

The facility maintains Level II Trauma and Level I Pediatric Trauma designations, offering advanced cardiac care including diagnostic and interventional procedures. The organization operates a state-of-the-art electrophysiology laboratory equipped with modern PHILIPS equipment and utilizes CERNER charting systems for patient documentation.
