Description
Opportunity:
RN - NICU
Job Details:
• Work in high-risk Level III NICU environment
• Maintain 3:1 patient ratios for days, nights, and weekends
• Minimum 3 years of experience required with travel experience mandatory
• 36 hours of orientation provided
• Required certifications: BLS, NRP, PALS, STABLE
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Cerner charting system experience required
• Care for neonates including those 29-34+ weeks gestation
• Administer blood products, manage ventilators, arterial lines, and central lines
• Assist with high-risk deliveries and lumbar punctures
• Provide developmental care, feeding support, and family education
• Manage complex conditions including respiratory distress, sepsis, and neonatal abstinence syndrome
• Operate specialized equipment including high-frequency ventilation, nitric oxide, and therapeutic hypothermia
• Perform phlebotomy, IV placement, and suctioning procedures
• Support breastfeeding and handle breast milk administration
• Must meet local radius requirement of 50 miles
• Hard deadline for documentation compliance is Tuesday 4:30pm CST prior to start

I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
