Opportunity:

RN - NICU

Job Details:

• Work in high-risk Level III NICU environment
• Maintain 3:1 patient ratios for days, nights, and weekends
• 36 hours of orientation provided
• Minimum 2 years NICU experience required, 3 years preferred
• Travel experience required
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Required certifications: BLS, NRP, PALS, STABLE
• Cerner charting system experience required
• Care for neonates including those 29-34+ weeks gestational age
• Administer blood products, manage arterial lines, assist with high-risk deliveries
• Provide developmental care, feeding support (bottle, breast, gavage), and breastfeeding support
• Manage respiratory equipment including Bubble CPAP, high-frequency ventilation, and ventilators
• Handle complex conditions such as NEC, neonatal sepsis, and respiratory distress syndrome
• Perform procedures including IV starts, phlebotomy, and UAC/UVC management
• Work with interdisciplinary team including respiratory services and social services
• Must live outside 50-mile radius (local candidates not accepted)
• Flu vaccine required with exemptions allowed
