Description
Opportunity:
RN - NICU
Job Details:
• Work in high risk Level III NICU providing care for neonates
• Patient ratio of 3:1 during days, nights, and weekends
• 36-hour orientation required
• 36 or 48 hours per week schedule available
• Minimum 3 years of experience required
• Travel experience required
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Required certifications: BLS, NRP, PALS, STABLE
• Must have experience with Cerner charting system
• Flu vaccine required (medical/religious exemptions allowed)
• Local radius of 50 miles applies
• Must provide care for neonates 29+ weeks gestational age
• Skills include ventilator management, central line care, arterial line management, high frequency ventilation, administration of blood products, and developmental care
• Experience required with bubble CPAP, high flow nasal cannula, nitric oxide therapy, and therapeutic hypothermia
• Must be competent in neonatal dosage calculations, IV insertion and maintenance, and phlebotomy
• Interdisciplinary support available including respiratory services, interpretation services, and social services

I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
