Ultrasound Tech - Ultrasound Tech

Job Details:

• Work night shifts Sunday through Wednesday from 9:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 1 year of experience required, first-time travelers accepted
• Previous charge experience preferred
• EPIC charting system experience required
• BLS certification required
• NY state license required in hand to submit
• 10 hours of orientation provided
• Must wear Caribbean blue or surgical scrubs from Unity
• Work settings include Adult, ER, ICU, and Portables
• Equipment experience needed: GE, PACS, Philips, Siemens, SonoSite
• Perform general ultrasound procedures including: Abdominal Aorta, Appendix, Biliary Tract, Breast, Gallbladder, Intraoperative, Liver, Lung Biopsy, Pancreas, Pediatric Abdomen/Pelvis, Spleen
• Treat patient age groups: Adolescents, Adults, Geriatrics
• Work in department with 3 rooms
• Floating to other units required
• Interdisciplinary support from Radiology and Transportation
• Complete pre-start modules (up to 5 billable hours, may reach 10 total hours)
