Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 hour shifts with 36 guaranteed hours or 8/10 hour shifts with 40 guaranteed hours
• 18 months telemetry/acute care experience required; 2 years preferred
• Must have PCU or Cardiac Telemetry experience reflected in work history
• Must have experience with vasoactive drips and stroke patients
• Required certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS (must have at time of submittal), NIHSS (must obtain prior to start)
• Will float to all 3 hospitals (Martin North, South, Tradition - within 20 miles)
• Must be nicotine free - negative 10 panel + nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required
• Work with telemetry monitoring, cardiac drips management (no titration), blood product administration
• Provide central line care/management and peripheral line care/management
• Manage patients requiring isolation precautions and non-invasive airway management
• White scrubs required
• EPIC charting system
• EKG and pharmacy tests required during orientation with 2 attempts maximum
• All RTO must be included at time of submission
• Time sensitive orientation modules must be prioritized upon assignment confirmation
• Facility has strict DO NOT call policy
• First-time travelers accepted
