Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM
• Weekday schedule with every other weekend required
• 13-week contract assignment
• Float to other units as needed
• 2:1 patient ratio for days, nights, and weekends
• 12-hour orientation provided
• 2 years of RN experience required
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Required certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale
• Preferred certification: CCRN
• Skills required: Conscious sedation, Telemetry, Ventilator management
• Dress code: Wine and/or burgundy scrubs (not provided)
• Electronic medical record system: CPSI
• Care for adult and geriatric patients
• Work with average daily census of 0.2 patients per day in 2-bed unit
• Support available from interdisciplinary team including Physical Therapy, Respiratory Services, Pharmacy, and Rapid Response Teams
• WV or Compact nursing license required (pending license acceptable)
• Minimum 2 manager or charge references within past 2 years required
• Must live greater than 100 miles from facility
