Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
• 36 guaranteed hours per week
• 13-week assignment duration
• Patient ratio of 1:6 on days, nights, and weekends
• Weekend coverage required
• Float to other Med Surg/Telemetry floors as needed
• No on-call responsibilities
• 12-hour orientation provided
• Required certifications: BLS (required), ACLS (preferred)
• Minimum 3 years of experience required, 4 years preferred
• Previous patient ratio experience of 1:5 required
• Must wear royal blue scrubs
• Care for patients of all age groups including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics
• Handle medical/surgical, postoperative, and pediatric patients (very few)
• Work with daily census of approximately 30 patients
• Complete non-billable training modules averaging 4-6 hours pre-start and annually
• Modules tracked through Net Learning online portal
• One request allowed for time off during assignment
