Opportunity:
MRI Tech - MRI Tech
Job Details:
• Work 3 x 12 hour day shifts from 07:45 AM to 08:15 PM
• Friday shifts from 10:00 AM to 10:30 PM
• Saturday and Sunday shifts required
• No on-call requirements
• Perform routine and specialized Magnetic Resonance Imaging procedures
• Work independently with sound clinical judgment to execute safe and precise procedures
• Conduct patient assessments and provide effective communication with patients and families
• Handle 30-34 studies per day
• Work with patients of all ages including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Must have 2 years of experience minimum
• Travel experience required
• Required certifications: ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT Certification, BLS (AHA), Venipuncture Licensure, IV certification
• Inpatient hospital experience preferred with minimum 1 year
• Epic charting experience preferred
• Must be available for lab work within 3-5 days of signing
• Valid state license required at time of submission
• 50 miles travel requirement
• Complete orientation modules through e-learning system

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
