Opportunity:

RN - Stepdown

Job Details:

• Work 36 guaranteed hours for 3x12 shifts or 40 guaranteed hours for 8/10 hour shifts
• Minimum 2 years PCU experience required, ICU experience also needed
• Must have AHA BLS and ACLS certifications at time of submission
• Must obtain NIHSS certification prior to start date
• Epic experience must be level 3 or 4
• Familiarity with cardiac drips required
• Float to all 3 hospitals within 20 miles (Martin North, South, Tradition)
• White scrubs required
• Must be nicotine free - negative 10 panel plus nicotine (cotinine) drug screen required
• EKG and pharmacy tests required during orientation with maximum 2 attempts each
• All time off requests must be submitted at time of application
• Provide care for stepdown/PCU patients including telemetry monitoring
• Manage cardiac drips without titration
• Perform blood product administration and central/peripheral line care
• Handle non-invasive airway management and isolation precautions
• 18 months experience required, 2 years preferred
• No license hits accepted
