Opportunity:

RN - OR

Job Details:

• Work five 8-hour shifts per week with guaranteed 40 hours
• Perform both scrub and circulating duties in pediatric operating room
• Serve patients ages newborn to 17 years in 30-bed OR unit
• Handle weekday and weekend on-call duties with self-scheduling
• Minimum 2 years RN experience required with no first-time travelers accepted
• Must have experience in pediatric general OR and general OR procedures
• BLS certification required through American Heart Association
• Travel experience preferred with IV start skills preferred
• Experience in pediatric settings and women's specialty highly desired
• Robotic surgery experience preferred, particularly Da Vinci system
• Must wear bright blue scrubs
• Use Cerner charting system and Accudose medication dispensing
• Complete 16 hours of orientation and 2-4 hours of non-billable modules
• West Virginia or Compact license required (pending license acceptable)
• Must live greater than 75 miles from facility
