Opportunity:
Electrophysiology Technologist - EP Tech Radiology Cardiology
Job Details:
• Work 4x10-hour shifts between the hours of 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM
• Weekend coverage as needed
• Must be available to stay until last patient is cared for
• No call requirements
• No holiday requirements
• Floating as needed
• Minimum 2 years of experience required
• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS (AHA or ARC only)
• EPIC experience required
• Pennsylvania license required with no license hits accepted
• Maximum 7 days RTO per contract
• Pre-start modules required (5-6 hours, billable)
• Tobacco and fragrance-free facility
• Perform arrhythmia induction, baseline measurements, and cardiac ablation procedures
• Conduct conduction studies and assist with pacemaker/AICD insertion and programming
• Support left atrial appendage closure procedures
• Operate fluoroscopy and ultrasound equipment
• Use vascular closure systems (Perclose, StarClose)
• Circulate procedures and maintain accurate monitoring
• Perform equipment setup and EKG lead placement
• Prepare access sites and recognize life-threatening arrhythmias
• Maintain sterile field and sterile technique

This healthcare facility features a comprehensive invasive cardiology unit with 4 dedicated cardiac catheterization labs, 3 dedicated electrophysiology labs, and 2 shared cath/EP labs. The unit includes 33 prep/recovery bays and completes over 6,000 procedures annually. The facility offers advanced cardiovascular treatments including complex coronary procedures, ventricular assist devices, structural heart procedures, complex ablations, and various interventional procedures. The organization maintains high clinical standards and uses EPIC charting systems throughout their operations.

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
