Job Details:

• Work 4 ten-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 5:30 PM) or 3 twelve-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:30 PM)
• Neuro, trauma, orthopedic, and robotics experience required
• Neurosurgery experience mandatory - must be able to function independently
• 1-2 call shifts per week (Monday-Thursday) starting after your shift until 7:00 AM the next morning
• 30-minute callback response time required
• 2 weekend call shifts every 6 weeks starting at end of Friday shift until 7:00 AM Monday
• No scheduled weekend shifts (call only)
• Holiday coverage on call basis per department need
• No guaranteed block scheduling
• Patient ratio of 1:1
• Care for patients of all age groups including neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Work in 18-room operating suite with daily census of 50-60 cases
• Must have minimum 2 years of experience
• First time travelers not accepted
• BLS certification required (AHA or ARC only)
• EPIC charting experience required
• Pennsylvania nursing license required with no license hits accepted
• Tobacco and fragrance-free facility
• Maximum 7-day requested time off per contract
• Manager interview required with clinical pre-screening
