Description
Opportunity:
RN - ER
Job Details:
• 12-hour shifts with weekend coverage required - 3 weekends (Friday-Sunday) per 4-week schedule
• May be scheduled to work 1, 2, or all 3 days of the weekend
• No on-call responsibilities
• Floating to Pediatric Emergency Department when necessary
• Patient ratios: Days 1:5-6, Nights 1:4-7, potentially up to 1:8 depending on patient volume and holidays
• Care for all age groups: infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Daily census of 250 patients with 100 beds
• 36-hour orientation with non-billable modules (5 hours) completed pre-start
• 2 years minimum experience required with Level I trauma experience mandatory
• EPIC charting experience required
• Required certifications: MI state license, ACLS, BCLS (AHA), PALS, TNCC, NIH
• Preferred certification: ENPC
• Experience with interpretation and management of dysrhythmias required
• Preferred experience: continuous IV sedation, procedural sedation administration, and triage
• Must accept first-time travelers
• Maximum 5-day RTO policy with all requests submitted at time of submission
• No RTO allowed from March 27 - April 12
• All certifications must be active by start date and cannot pend beyond contract start

Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
