Allied Position Job Notes:

Travel or Local Allied Healthcare Professional needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2+ years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available

Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

• Work 8-10 hour shifts, 5 days per week schedule
• Every other weekend coverage required
• On-call responsibility up to 3 times per week with 30-minute response time requirement
• Weekday call rotation: 3x per week when not on weekends, 2x on weeks scheduled for weekend call
• Average daily census of 6 patients in 3-room facility
• 24 hours of orientation provided
• Must work independently and confidently in all cardiac catheterization lab procedures
• Perform cardiac, peripheral, vascular, electrophysiology, and interventional radiology procedures
• Work with advanced equipment including Impella, IABP, Inari, EKOS, Angiojet, Rotoblator, Shockwave, Diamondback
• Utilize Siemens and Cannon imaging labs with EPIC EMR system and Cupid documentation
• Participate in Code STEMI team with focus on door-to-balloon times under 60 minutes
• Must be comfortable with peripheral interventions and EP procedures
• Required certifications: CCI RCIS, ACLS, ARRT R, BLS
• Minimum 2 years of experience in specialty required
• Travel experience required
• Must live over 65 miles from facility location
• Louisiana or Compact license required upon submission
• May be assigned to Emergency Team during facility emergencies
• Serve adult and geriatric patient populations
