Opportunity:

Radiology / Cardiology - Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

• Work 10-hour shifts, 5 days per week with flexible scheduling based on department staffing
• Every other weekend coverage required
• Call responsibilities up to 3 times per week with 30-minute response time requirement
• Weekend call rotation includes weekday call (3x per week when not on weekends, 2x on weeks with weekend call)
• Average daily census of 6 patients in a 3-room facility
• 24 hours of orientation provided
• Must work independently and confidently in all cardiac catheterization lab procedures
• Perform cardiac, peripheral, vascular (diagnostic & interventional), electrophysiology, and interventional radiology procedures
• Experience required with advanced equipment: Impella, IABP, Inari, EKOS, Angiojet, Rotoblator, Shockwave, Diamondback, Medrad/Acist injectors
• Work with Siemens and Cannon imaging labs, EPIC EMR with Cupid documentation
• Participate in Code STEMI team with focus on door-to-balloon times under 60 minutes
• Must be comfortable with STEMI patients brought directly to CCL
• Required certifications: CCI RCIS, ACLS, ARRT R, BLS
• Must have 2 years of experience in specialty and travel experience
• Louisiana license or compact license required upon submission
• Must live over 65 miles from facility address
• May be assigned to "Emergency Team" during emergency events with expectation to remain at facility
