Description
Opportunity:
RN - CCU
Job Details:
• Minimum 1 year of experience required, first-time travelers accepted
• Care for adult to geriatric patient population
• Patient ratios: 1:2-3 ICU, 1:4-5 PCU, 1:5-6 MS/MS Tele
• Primary floating required as ICU Float, may float to all MS, MS/Tele, PCU, ICU units within hospital
• Every other weekend schedule required (average 6 weekends in 13-week contract)
• Holiday coverage required based on assignment period
• Navy blue scrubs required
• Maximum 7 days RTO allowed
• No call requirements
• Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH
• Epic charting system experience required
• 24 orientation hours
• Handle all potential MS, MS Tele, PCU, ICU, Neuro ICU, CVICU diagnoses
• Skills include ventilator management, arterial line management, central line care, IV insulin protocols, wound care, and blood product administration
• Must be available to submit compliance documents and complete labs within 48 hours of contract signing

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
