Opportunity:
RN - Med Surg
Job Details:
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience required; first-time travelers accepted
• Patient population includes adults to geriatrics
• Patient ratio: 1:5-6 with 49 rooms and average daily census of 48
• BLS certification required
• Epic charting system experience required, plus Pyxis and SBAR
• Navy blue scrubs required
• 12 hours of non-billable orientation
• Every other weekend schedule unless specified elsewhere
• Maximum 7 days RTO allowed
• RTO blackout dates: Spring Break (April 4th-12th)
• Floating required within facility/scope of practice as needed
• No call requirements
• Holiday coverage required based on number of holidays during assignment period
• Skills include renal med surg, telemetry monitoring, wound care, IV management, blood product administration, hemodialysis management, and various medical equipment
• Must be available to submit compliance documents and complete labs within 48 hours of contract signing
• Georgia or compact license must be in hand at time of submittal
• Two supervisory references highly preferred

I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
