Opportunity:
Radiology / Cardiology - X-Ray Tech
Job Details:
• Work 4x10 hour shifts from 11:00 AM to 9:30 PM
• 13-week assignment duration
• 2 years of X-ray technician experience required
• Virginia BOM license required (must have license in hand or show proof of application)
• ARRT registration required
• BLS certification required
• O-arm experience preferred
• OR skills preferred
• EPIC experience preferred
• Must complete EPIC training class (accelerated or 2-day class)
• Work with various equipment including GE, Fuji, Konica, Siemens, Samsung, O-arm, and OEC Elite C-arms
• Handle diverse patient volume including OR, ER, trauma, fluoro, portables, and outpatients
• Perform common procedures: UGI, Barium Swallow, Modified Barium Swallow, spine cases, anterior hip, ERCP
• Treat patients of all age groups: neonates, infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, geriatrics
• Complete up to 7 hours of non-billable orientation modules
• Flu vaccine required during flu season (October 1st - March 31st)
• Smoke/nicotine free facility

I am an Adult Cardiac Sonographer and I have been traveling for almost 3 years now and pretty much all the time with ADEX Healthcare staffing. I always look around for all the options as most of travelers do, but end up with this company, because They don’t fail me! Good competitive rates and always attention. Vincent Poast is the guy you want to deal with no matter what is your experience in traveling and profession. He always explains all pros and cons of a contract. I feel like he is on my side compared to other recruiters. The most important part for me that he always answers my calls and texts no matter if it’s a weekend or after hours! Also, if he can’t help me directly, he would get a ADEX staff member who resolves an issue right the way. The whole team has been very helpful for almost 6 contracts now. Oh, and another very important thing for me that Vince never pushes to get into a contract and bothers like a lot of other recruiters that calling and texting day and night. He lets you decide what you really want !
