Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

• Work 3x12 hour rotating shifts with weekend coverage required
• Maintain 2:1 patient ratios during days, nights, and weekends
• Care for adult and geriatric patients in 22-bed ICU unit
• Complete 12 hours of orientation
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS
• Valid Pennsylvania license or Compact license required at time of submission
• Must have 2 years of nursing experience and 2:1 patient ratio experience
• Previous charge experience and community hospital experience preferred
• Experience with Cerner charting system preferred
• Must be comfortable floating within hospital when needed
• Provide specialized care including CVICU, MICU, SICU procedures
• Manage complex cardiac procedures including CABG, ECMO, IABP, Impella
• Handle post-cardiac surgery patients and TAVR procedures
• Perform advanced skills including ventilator management, arterial line management, and titration of cardiac/vasoactive drips
• Work with interdisciplinary support including IV teams, physical therapy, respiratory services, and rapid response teams
• Complete required non-billable facility modules prior to entering facility
