Opportunity:

RN - Med Surg Tele

Job Details:

• Minimum 2 years of recent/consecutive experience in MS-Tele in hospital/acute care setting required
• Travel experience required
• Must be willing to float to other campuses MS-Tele Units (Ontario & Galion) if census drops to maintain hours
• Every other weekend (EOW) required
• On call responsibilities - must arrive at hospital within 1 hour when called in
• Typical staffing ratios are 1:5
• Knowledge of medication scanning required
• BLS & ACLS certifications required
• Epic experience preferred
• Valid state license required - pending licenses not accepted
• Skills required: MS/Tele, interpretation of dysrhythmias, management of dysrhythmias, use of Rapid Response/Code teams, peripheral line care/management, nasal cannula, oxygen administration, oxygen tanks, non-invasive airway management, isolation precautions
• Up to 8 hours of non-billable modules required, completed pre-start through HealthStream
• Smoke-free facility and campus
• No time off accepted for major holidays
• Two recent supervisory references required
